All our parcels are dispatched from our London based office.
We aim to process your order within 1 working day and have it shipped as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our offices, we can no longer be held responsible for any delays of our couriers.
The best way to ensure you receive your package in time is to opt for our 1st class option (UK) or DPD Express (International) before checkout!
Customs/Duty Fees:
International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee/ handling fee in order for you to receive your package. Your local post office will contact you and hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required. Customs fees are at the expense of the customer.

If you refuse the package we will refund the cost of the jewellery, not the shipping as it was already paid for and used to ship your package.
