If you wish to exchange your item please follow the refund instructions below and after place a new order for your new desired item.

How to refund your item:

If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase don't worry, we are more than happy to process a refund for you as long as it meets our refund requirements listed below. 

Before posting the parcel back to us, please make sure it meets all of these requirements:

- Returned within 14 days for domestic UK orders & 30 days for International

- Unworn condition 

- All items MUST be sent back in its original packaging to avoid damage to the item. If the item is damaged by negligent shipping methods/ practices we will not be able to issue a full refund on the item

**Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings. 

In the event that the item is NOT sent back in an unworn/ original condition as it was sent to the customer, a credit note in the value of the item will be issued. 

When mailing back your return please ensure you get a tracking number to avoid any possibly problems. 

Once your return arrives at our office, we will aim to process it within 24h, and we will refund you the cost of the product minus the shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the item as well as returning the item to us. 

If by any chance you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24h so that we can get you a replacement as soon as possible.
Do not attempt to fix the problem yourself.

Customs/Duty Fees:

International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee/ handling fee in order for you to receive your package. Your local post office will contact you and hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required. Customs fees are at the expense of the customer.

If you refuse the package we will refund the cost of the jewellery, not the shipping as it was already paid for and used to ship your package.

Our jewellery is designed to last! With the right after-care, our pieces will last you for years to come. It is important to note that all metals will eventually fade and oxidise due to natural wear, but there is a way to slow down this process and maintain the longevity of your jewellery.

Caring for your jewellery

• Remove your jewellery when exercising, bathing, swimming or handling liquids.
• Keep your hands clean and oil free
• If you see it necessary to clean your jewellery, please do so with a professional jewellery cleaner compatible with gold plating. (jewellery cleaners for sterling silver can actually take off the gold plating and ruin your jewellery) -
• Store your jewellery in an air-tight pouch or container when you're not wearing it.
